**Title**: Branch Manager**

**Reports To: National Director of Operations**

**Location: Edmonton, AB**

The Branch Manager will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch by delivering first-class service and achieving financial objectives through employee engagement and high operational standards. A branch manager will be able to achieve a productive and profitable operation, while helping to promote a positive corporate image by pushing for results, building a strong team, and delivering excellent customer service.

**Job Duties**
- Responsible for managing the location
- Participate in product line sales targets/budgeting
- Responsible for maximising sales and profitability
- Increase and maintain customer service and customer retention
- Provide the team with a stimulating and supportive environment
- Responsible for maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
- Drive team performance and inspection processes
- Control training and development of the staff
- Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
- Participate in the store’s budgeting aiming for minimum expenditure and maximum profitability
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
- Manage Inventory of parts/supplies and suggest equipment needs as required
- Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
- Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
- Plan, support, and oversee national, regional and in-store promotional events
- Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
- Analyze sales and revenue reports to maximise sales and profits
- Ensure the store fulfils all legal and health and safety guidelines
- Participate in development in growth of local Commercial Accounts
- Adhere to National Account guidelines
- Participate in shop meetings and abiding by the Company and Shop policies and Provincial workplace safety regulations
- Other related tasks as required

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of Automotive Service Management experience
- Knowledge of retail practices and procedures
- Excellent Customer Service skills and Sales skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient in POS and MS Office
