Edmonton, Canada MC College Full time

The Office Assistant/ Receptionist will be required to perform an array of reception and administrative duties including acting as a call center back up. The position will support two companies, MC College and FCE Property Management.

**Job Duties**
- Always represent MC College in a positive and professional manner.
- Update documents using Excel, Word and Canva.
- Manage mail correspondence.
- Greet visitors.
- Perform data entry and filing tasks.
- Support the Call Centre when required. Answer client calls and book appointments.
- Manage inventory of office supplies.
- Perform other clerical tasks as needed.
- Attend company events, seminars and meeting.
- Other duties as they may arise.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrable ability to be a team player, problem solver, good communicator.
- High level of working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in office administration, sales and customer service is an asset.
- Experience in private post-secondary education is not necessary but an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $45,500.00 per year
