Dermatology Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our team as a **Dermatology Office Assistant - Reception**.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- Answer phones and take messages
- Make calls to insurance companies and hospitals
- Order supplies
- Prepare and clean treatment rooms for patients
- Prepare and clean patient rooms for surgery or other medical procedures
- Cleaning and preparing surgery or other medical instruments for procedures
- Assist in patient care procedures, including wound care, as needed
- Perform administrative duties such as filing documents, typing letters, faxing documents, scanning documents, and answering phones
- Order supplies when necessary
- Perform routine data entry at the front office desk as needed
- Other duties as assigned by management or supervisor

- Ability to multi-task with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on importance.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a team-based environment. (Team Members)
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- Mandarin (preferred)

- Day Shift (preferred)
