**Territory**: Western Canada
**Your Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute business development strategies in the Western Canada territory
- Achieve sales targets by acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts
- Establish action plans tailored to individual customer needs and challenges
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
- Lead a small team of sellers and ensure collaboration toward common objectives
- Increase market share through HTT Safety’s wide range of PPE solutions
- Implement innovative, consultative solutions to clients' safety challenges
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity
- Develop strategies for contract renewals and new client acquisition
- A self-starter with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong communicator and relationship builder, adept at influencing stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously from a home office setting and manage time effectively
- Passionate about personal growth and driving business success
- Experience in selling to C-suite executives, with a strong understanding of the health and safety industry
- Competent in CRM tools like Salesforce, along with Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to travel within the Western Canada territory as needed
**What We Are Looking For**
- Consultative selling approach
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Established network and experience within the safety, industrial, or construction markets
- Knowledge of PPE and safety solutions is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
