Business Development Representative

**Position Overview**:
As a Business Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and acquiring new business opportunities in the sheet metal fabrication industry. We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong track record in B2B sales, ideally within the manufacturing and metalworking sectors. However a strong technical acumen may be considered
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prospect and identify potential clients within the sheet metal fabrication industry.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through market research, cold calls, networking, and other lead-generation activities.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand clients' requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business.
- Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 3 years in B2B sales, preferably in sheet metal fabrication or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes and materials is desired, but not critical.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as required.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
