**Overview**

**Duties**
- **Oversee Daily Operations**: Manage the day-to-day activities of the business to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals.
- **Process Optimization**: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase overall business performance.
- **Resource Allocation**: Manage and optimize the use of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support operational needs.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and supervise the operations team, setting clear goals, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage operational budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- **Inventory and Supply Chain Management**: Oversee inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- **Quality Assurance**: Implement quality control measures to ensure products and services meet company standards.
- **Vendor and Supplier Relations**: Negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance, and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and prepare reports for management to support decision-making.
- **Customer Service Oversight**: Work with the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly.
- **Strategic Planning**: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence.
- **Technology Implementation**: Lead the implementation of technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- **Health and Safety Management**: Ensure workplace safety standards are met and maintained.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing and improving business operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
