**Administrative Assistant**

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the accounting department and sales assistants of Claireview Leasing. This includes filing documents and folders, updating insurance cards for all clients and vehicles by requesting current insurance from insurance brokers and or clients ,assisting sales department when needed in retrieving files and other various tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and update records including filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.
- Perform general office management including but not limited to ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, maintaining office conditions, etc.
- Perform other duties as assigned by sales team assistants and accoutning department of Claireview Leasing.
- Maintain confidentiality of all confidential information.
- Provide support to staff members as needed.

Qualifications:
**Salary**: $16.00-$21.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mont-royal, QC H4P 1P7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person
