:Description:
En tant que premier point de liaison avec la clientèle mais aussi comme bras droit administratif, le poste d’adjointe représente l’image-même de la clinique de santé mentale et en assurera le roulement efficace. Nous cherchons une personne motivée avec qui grandir. Il devra s’agir d’une personne professionnelle et proactive mais aussi serviable, chaleureuse et surtout confortable en français comme en anglais, qui pourra s’intégrer à une petite équipe dynamique et grandissante.

Présentement le poste est à temps partiel mais aussi flexible. Environ 7 à 14 heures par semaine pour commencer, avec la possibilité d’augmentation d’heures de travail selon l’achalandage.

:Qualifications:
Nous cherchons une personne avec les qualifications suivantes:

- Bilingue et capable de fonctionner en français comme en anglais (écrit/oral)
- Diplôme d’études secondaires
- Capable de travailler avec Microsoft Office (surtout Excel)
- Expérience avec la comptabilité de base est un plus (factures, dépenses de bureau, paye)
- Capable avec l’internet et les réseaux sociaux
- Proactive, indépendante et capable d’aider à développer des projets

:Responsabilités:
L’emploi consiste à:

- Accueillir la clientèle, répondre au téléphone et aux courriels
- Prendre des rendez-vous et préparer la facturation
- Aider avec la comptabilité, les dépenses et la paye
- Aider avec la mise en place et la gestion d’un petit magasin en ligne
- Gérer la location de quelques bureaux
- Mener une campagne sur les réseaux sociaux
- Assister avec du brainstorming et l’avancement de la clinique (conférences, marketing, etc.)

:Description:
Presently, the position is part-time but also flexible. About 7 to 14 hours a week to start, with the possibility of increased hours of work dependant on the clinic’s growth.

:Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

- Bilingual and able to work in both French and English (written / oral)
- High-school diploma
- Able to work with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Experience with basic accounting is a plus (invoices, office expenses, payroll)
- Capable with the internet and social networks
- Proactive, independent and able to help develop projects

:Responsibilities:
The responsibilities consist in:

- Take appointments and prepare billing
- Help with accounting, expenses and payroll
- Help with setting up and running a small online store
- Manage the rental of some offices
- Keep an online presence on social networks
- Assist with brainstorming and development of the clinic (conferences, marketing, etc.)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
