Groupe Marcelle is currently looking for an Assistant Brand Manager - Watier for a permanent full-time position.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager - Watier, the Assistant Brand Manager - Watier must be highly organized, independent and creative. She/he will assist in the development of the brand, the execution of launches and promotions, coordinate and communicate between the different internal and external departments and above all, be a positive and collaborative team player.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
- Manage the execution portion of product launch projects, particularly packaging.
- Coordinate various projects including the production of advertising materials and liaise with external suppliers (graphic designers, agencies and printers).
- Develop, edit and proofread promotional materials and documents.
- Develop, revise and correct elements of advertising materials, in-store collateral, displays and in-store communications (merchandising).
- Master and update working tools and documents (financial business case per project).
- Conduct certain market, competitive and performance analyses of the brand and its products.
- Respond to various requests from sales and affiliated departments (be the point of contact).
- Respect the budget, make purchase orders, process invoices and update budgets.
- Coordinate communications and plans to be deployed with the digital team, the public relations team and social media as well as the various messages and key visuals to be used.
- Support the organization of national sales meetings (marketing, content and logistics) and all other brand related events (in-store events, launches, internal events, media events, etc.).

WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in administration/marketing or communications an asset.
- 3 to 5 years experience as a marketing assistant or coordinator in the cosmetics or related field.
- Very good knowledge of graphic and printing processes.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good knowledge of the cosmetics market and industry, as well as retailers and distribution networks (an asset).
- Great creativity in the design and creation of promotional tools (brochures, displays, etc.).

- Bilingual, in French and English, both written and oral, as you will be communicating with key players across Canada.
- Able to innovate in the brief, the choice of tools and supports, the visuals and in the writing of promotional texts.
- Able to have an unparalleled attention to detail.
- Organized, autonomous, and able to take initiative.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Team oriented.
