**Position Summary**:
The Account Executive for retrofit projects will actively seek out and engage new customer prospects along with growing relationships and sales with potential customers. A good knowledge of the HVAC/R and Energy industry is as must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present, promote and sell solutions using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Influence and design new installations and replacements for Mechanical / Energy Retrofit Projects. (Must have knowledge in the mechanics of HVAC/Industry including Energy Modelling of savings projections)
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of prospective customers to meet their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Understanding profit and loss and the drive to ensure profits are made. The ability to demonstrate value added services to Clients.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

**Qualifications**:

- Confident, outgoing, ability to cold call on clients.
- Technical understanding of HVAC systems as well as boilers and related equipment.
- Self-motivated, ability to work as a Team player
- Organizational skills that include proficient computer skills. Ability to process estimates and proposal documents in a timely fashion.
- The ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) in both French and English is considered and asset.
