Leasing Administrative Assistant

Responsible for reviewing/managing all leases and subleases for properties and that all rent is collected timely and accurately.
Collect and maintain sales statistics for properties for % rent charges (where applicable) and on a timely basis.
Calculate and invoice lease administration fees as permitted under various leases for each property.
Review, interpret, input and maintain all detailed lease information in the database and ensure accuracy of data.
Prepare accurate tenant chargeback’s if applicable on a timely basis.
Prepare all CAM/Tax recoveries adjustment billings in accordance with the tenant leases.
Negotiate with Landlord’s to reduce the CAM.
Review tax bills for errors (penalties, interest) and resolve issues.
Prepare and review year-end reconciliation on all properties (Landlords/tenants), prepare adjustments where apportioned.
Prepare inter-company invoices, cheque requests and reconciliations.
Liaise with the Operations Team regarding any tenant issue(s).
Ensure the collection of Landlord-Tenant inducements.
Maintain all Insurance Certificates Binders for both tenants and landlords, along with Builders Risk Insurance for new construction sites.
Maintain Master List of all Leases
Lease renewals, Landlord/Tenant Inducements, Landlord-related work, Lease issues
Insurance
Perform any other responsibilities and duties that may be assigned.
Pay: $42,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
