Receptionist/administrator

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome Meridian clients and visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Notify appropriate client of their visitor's arrival.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure front desk and reception area is organised, neat and tidy.
- Collaborate with the team to accurately record services provided to customers. (Couriers, boardroom bookings, stationary and supply needs, secretarial duties when requested.
- Receive, sort, daily mail/deliveries and distribute to client's office
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Organising, managing, and maintaining postage, faxing and courier services for the clients. -Ensure boardrooms and conference rooms are organised, clean and welcoming. - Other duties may include making coffee in the morning, keeping kitchen clean/orderly, clear sinks/dishwasher, run dishwasher nightly at end of shift.
**Skills**:
- Excellent and pleasant phone etiquette. Experienced with phone systems - Strong people and communication skills
- Ability to multi task effectively
- Ability to handle customer support inquiries effectively
- Fast and accurate typing skills
