Our Urgent Care Centre & Family Practice is currently seeking **Administrative Staff **for a Full Time position.

**Education And Experience**:

- Experience In Medical Administration Required
- Completion Of Grade XII Or Recognized Equivalent
- Completion Of A Diploma In Medical Administration Or Office Assistant Preferred

**Responsibilities And Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To**:

- Greeting And Registering Patients
- Answering Phones And Calling Patients
- Scheduling And Booking Appointments Or Referrals
- Sorting And Sending Mail
- Data Entry, E-Mailing, Faxing, Scanning, And Printing
- Complete Forms And Letters As Required
- Maintaining A Clean And Tidy Workspace
- Offer Administrative Support As Needed And Required

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent Oral And Written Communication, And Customer Service Skills
- Ability To Work Well Independently And Part Of A Team
- Demonstrate Attention To Detail In A Fast Paced Work Setting
- Manage Several Tasks Simultaneously And As Priorities Change
- Exhibit Professional And Positive Behavior And Attitudes
- Employ Discretion When Dealing With Confidential Information

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
