**Overview**
We are a boutique insurance office in Richmond Hill seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring smooth operations within our office environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Punctuality
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Manage office filing systems and maintain organized records
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous office experience is an asset
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer support practices
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic office management tasks

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
