**AGF - Rebar Inc. is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to join the production team in our Kitchener office.**

**About the Role - Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Assist customers with counter sales, providing exceptional service and support;
- Complete bid pre-qualifications efficiently and accurately;
- Serve as backup support for sales and estimating coordinators as needed;
- Maintain and generate comprehensive sales reports;
- Follow up on priced orders to ensure timely processing and delivery;
- Provide administrative support to the sales department, including data entry, document preparation, and filing;
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment;
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong aptitude for understanding and communicating technical information to customers;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
