**YOUR MISSION**

Reporting to the Creative Guide Assistant, the Coordinator performs a variety of administrative tasks that enable the delivery of Creative Guide Office and Creative Vice-President initiatives, as well as providing administrative support.
- Assist the Creative Guide Office and the Creative Vice-President in day-to-day activities.
- Provide administrative support and execution of Creative Guide and Creative Vice-President initiatives, including document management, tracking and reporting.
- Ensure the coordination of event initiatives (human, budget, material) by involving and coordinating the various sectors concerned.
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of internal and external meetings and conference calls, including room set-up, meal orders, audiovisual aspects, etc.
- Organize and coordinate virtual and face-to-face team meetings.
- Manage travel planning and logistics, tracking expense accounts and budgets of supported persons.
- Coordinate and distribute communications.

**YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE**
- At least three years' experience as a production assistant or executive assistant in a company, or other relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in project or event coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Exercise good judgment and discretion when dealing with confidential and sensitive data and situations.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both official languages (French and English).
- Available to answer calls and handle requests outside normal working hours.
