**Responsabilités**

Relevant du directeur de production, le titulaire du poste est responsable de coordonner et fournir un support administratif aux départements de production, maintenance et qualité. Son rôle comprend entre autres toutes les tâches relatives à la gestion de la main-d’œuvre.

Le coordonnateur de production contribuera à:

- Fournir un soutien administratif aux directeurs de production, maintenance et qualité ainsi qu’à leur équipe;
- Maintenir à jour quotidiennement et hebdomadairement les rapports demandés;
- Préparer divers rapports en s’assurant d’apporter des solutions et des recommandations afin de résoudre les problèmes administratifs;
- Maintenir à jour les KPI relatifs à la main-d’œuvre (AOP, actif et inactif);
- Maintenir à jour les listes d’employés pour une préparation efficace des plans de match;
- Gestion de la main-d’œuvre en conformité avec les conventions collectives incluant:

- Planification de la main-d’œuvre;
- Processus complet d’affichages de poste et de nominations;
- Coordonner la mise à jour des données RH dans « Workday»;
- Gestion du processus complet des vacances annuelles;
- Gestion administrative des demandes de congés mobiles, congés fériés reportés, congés parentaux, etc;
- Planification du temps supplémentaire (équipe opération seulement);
- Proposer des changements afin d’améliorer les pratiques ou procédures existantes en gestion de la main d’œuvre;
- Gestion quotidienne des données dans Kronos scheduler et Advanced scheduling
- Coordonner les libérations syndicales;
- Collaborer avec les différents départements sur certains projets afin d’atteindre les objectifs de performance;
- Toutes autres tâches pouvant constituer un support pour le département des opérations

**Qualifications professionnelles**
- DEC en administration ou formation équivalente;
- Plus de quatre années d’expérience pertinente dans un environnement de production;
- Excellente connaissance des outils informatiques usuels (Word, Excel et Power point);
- Expérience de travail dans un environnement syndiqué;
- Connaissance de Kronos (un atout).

**Compétences**
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- Excellente habiletés en rédaction et en communication;
- Facilité dans ses relations interpersonnelles;
- Habileté à analyser et résumer l’information;
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers de façon simultanée, à prioriser ses tâches et à être proactif;
- Capacité à travailler sous pression;
- Initiative, discrétion, rigueur et sens de l’organisation;
- Autonomie et débrouillardise.

**Responsibilities**

The production coordinator will help:

- Provide administrative support to the production, maintenance, and quality directors and their teams
- Update reports daily and weekly, as requested
- Draft reports that include solutions and recommendations aimed at solving administrative problems
- Keep workforce-related KPIs up to date (AOP, active and inactive)
- Keep employee lists up to date so game plans can be drawn up efficiently
- Manage the workforce in accordance with collective agreements, including:

- Staff scheduling
- Entire job posting and appointment process
- Coordination of updates to HR data in Workday
- Management of the entire annual vacation process
- Management of requests for flexible leave, holidays carried over, parental leave, etc.
