**Your duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Responsible for responding to all customers inquiries and interacting with our trade partners to provide them and their customers with support.
- Responsible for returning all inquiries within 2 hours during regular business hours.
- Ensuring all customer interactions are accurately recorded on the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
- Ensuring that all customers receive an optimal experience at all times.

Start date is as soon as possible.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.50 per hour
