Responsibilities Include:
- Answering inbound calls and responding to general inquiries.
- Addressing customer emails and website messages.
- Investigating order concerns and finding solutions that balance business needs and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the e-commerce team to resolve customer issues.
- Exercising discretionary judgment regarding customer orders and concerns.
- Maintaining a positive brand image while interacting with customers, vendors, or retailers.
- Providing price quotes and processing customer orders.
- Updating information and basic reports in Excel.

A competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per year reflects the importance of this role in our organization.
