Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist to join our team in our Richmond Hill showroom. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for customers needing service and assistance with air and water purification systems, and our kitchen and bath fixtures. Your responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Assisting customers with product troubleshooting and offering technical support.
- Managing replacement parts and coordinating in-home service appointments.
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and in-person.
- Performing basic product adjustments and maintenance in-store.
- Offering guidance for customers requiring product replacements.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic technical troubleshooting ability.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Native proficiency in spoken and written English, conversational fluency in Chinese (Cantonese, additionally Mandarin preferred)
