Responsibilities:

- Confirming clients received a list of invoices
- Following up with clients, ensuring timely-mannered responses
- Organizing documents and comments in a computer system
- Creating weekly reports on customers current status
- Type documents, reports, and correspondence accurately and efficiently

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry, record keeping, and document management
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively

MUST SPEAK FRENCH

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
