RESPONSABILITÉS
- Assurer la gestion administrative de l’institut, notamment en ce qui concerne la gestion des horaires, des appels, des couriels etc.
- Soutenir les activités de la direction et assurer un suivi administratif et opérationnel. Organisation de classes et groupes d'étudiants.
- Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour de toute documentation relative aux dossiers des étudiants.
- Effectuer le suivi de l’assiduité des élèves.
- Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe.
Votre profil
- 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste administratif
- Compétences en bureautique dont la maitrise de la suite MS Office
- Compréhension de la comptabilité
- Débrouillardise, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et excellente capacité à gérer les priorités
Type d'emploi : Temps plein ou temps partiel
Horaires de travail:
- Du Lundi au Vendredi parfois samedi
