**Administrative assistant in an Investment brokerage office**

Saint-Leonard, QC, Full time

Our team at Manulife Securities Incorporated is looking for an administrative assistant to assist in various administrative tasks and provide day-to-day operational support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer the telephone in French and English, provide information, take messages, transfer calls, and book clients' appointments.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office
- Maintaining a compliant record management process for client and business files
- Resolve and respond to client concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure compliant documentation of all transactions
- Participate in ongoing training related to job duties; develop knowledge and skill through sponsored education
- Coordinate and manage marketing activities and initiatives on behalf of the office and its advisors.
- Assist in the design and implementation of business development strategies, communications, marketing campaigns and events as needed
- Organize office events
- Ordering office supplies
- Process mail, prepare client correspondence

Qualifications:

- Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to deliver a high level of client service.
- Communication verbal and written in both English and French.
- Proven effective time management skills.
- Adaptable to an evolving practice.
- Meticulous attention to detail and handling of confidential client information.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and provide necessary follow ups.
- Working experience in the financial industry is an asset.
- Canadian Securities Certificate is a plus but not mandatory.

Monday - Friday

In person position - no remote work

Onsite parking

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saint-leonard, QC H1S 3G2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSC (preferred)

Shift availability:
