We are seeking a B2B Sales Executive to drive business growth by managing key accounts, acquiring new clients, and expanding our global presence in the music industry. If you’re passionate about guitars, sales, and building strong B2B partnerships, this is your opportunity to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Account Management:

- Drive B2B sales by managing relationships with OEM guitar manufacturers, distributors, and top music retailers worldwide.
- Build a strong pipeline of leads through proactive outreach, networking, and attending industry trade shows and events.
- Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

2. Business Development:

- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and growth segments in the global music industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company’s revenue and expansion goals.
- Meet and exceed annual revenue targets and growth benchmarks.

3. Client & Product Support:

- Deliver consultative product presentations and technical sales support.
- Stay up-to-date on product features, innovations, and competitor offerings to position Graph Tech as a leader in the industry.

4. Collaboration & Reporting:

- Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create tailored promotions and product launches.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, market analyses, and performance reports for senior management.

5. International Travel & Trade Show Representation:

- Represent Graph Tech at international music trade shows and industry events.
- Conduct client visits globally, strengthening business relationships and fostering new opportunities.

Qualifications:
Experience & Industry Knowledge:

- 3-5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in the music, pro audio, or related consumer goods industry.
- Knowledge of guitars, guitar components, or the broader musical instrument industry is highly desirable.

Skills & Abilities:

- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage multi-national customer accounts.
- Ability to develop customized sales strategies and deliver technical product presentations.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and managing data-driven sales pipelines.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
