About the Role*
Come be our new in-house DJ (data jockey) We’re looking for a knowledgeable sales operations professional with strong Hubspot skills to supercharge our sales team by making sure that the team stays organized and takes advantage of the wealth of data that we have available to us. Our Sales & CRM Administrator will work with our Sales and Account Management teams to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management. You will also conduct data analysis that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders across the company and collaborate with Marketing and Finance as needed. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.
As our company and sales team continues to grow, so does the complexity related to our sales operations and it’s time to bring someone in to enhance workflows and performance metrics. This role is 100% remote with working hours in the EST time zone.

Responsibilities and Duties*
- Manage technical and administrative aspects of Hubspot (Sales, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
- Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in deal, lead, and opportunity management.
- Create and maintain metrics reports on sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact.
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure thorough and efficient use of HubSpot and support HubSpot Marketing initiatives when feasible.
- Analyze sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization to sales management.
- Perform routine data quality cleanup and audits as needed within the database.
- Other duties as assigned to support Sales team effectiveness like scheduling, planning, logistics, may be required.

Professional Competencies*
- 3+ years of work experience inside of Hubspot and business analytics
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
- Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Proficiency in HubSpot required. Experience integrating with other technologies (Salesforce, Slack, Intercom, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
- Fluent English required as is the ability to work full-time primarily between the hours of 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM EST.
