Urbis Infill Homes, a family owned and operated homebuilding company located in Edmonton, is seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team

The responsibilities of this position will include the following:
**Front Desk and Reception**
- Welcome clients at reception, assist with client needs and client meetings
- Answering phone calls, taking messages for staff
- Receiving courier deliveries, sending mail as needed
- Client Showmanship Coordination

**Administrative Support**
- Manage office supplies, office equipment, staff needs
- Coordination with IT Managed Services Provider
- Appointment scheduling with clients and team members
- Maintenance of licenses and subscriptions

**Team and Business Support**
- Monitoring of WCB and Certificate of Insurance status for trade partners
- Coordination of utilities, warranty, and insurance on builds
- Miscellaneous interdepartmental team support
- Assist with preparation of sales, build and design contracts
- Liaise with Social Media Coordinator and Digital Marketing Agency.
- Team Social Event Coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Previous administration experience or experience in a customer service industry a plus

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
