We are currently accepting resumes from organized and team-oriented individuals who are looking for a career as a **Administrative Sales Coordinator** at our **Calmont Truck Center Edmonton location.**

As the manager of first impressions, the **Administrative Sales Coordinator**, will be the first point of contact and representation of our organization to customers and the general public. Some of your responsibilities will be to:

- Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls.
- Perform general mail and courier duties, order office and facility supplies.
- Assign stock numbers.
- Ensure the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image.
- Data base administration.
- Administration of sales files.
- Provides reports to the Sales Department and Management on statistical information.
- Performs periodic internal inventory count.
- Reconciliation of daily deposits and cash.
- Tracking and printing concession payments.
- Coordinates and prepares delivery and damage claims for new trucks received.
- Track new and used stock and verifies location.
- Keeping unit Keys stored in a secure location and ensure all units are locked.
- Updates websites as required.
- Conduct final audit of files prior to the Sales Manager to ensure all documentation is in places including invoices, lien checks, concession requests, sales agreements, ect.
- Complete other administrative duties as assigned.

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- High School Diploma.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
- CDK knowledge is considered an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years related industry experience.
- Valid class 5 Drivers License.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong regard for attendance and punctuality.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.
