At Growing Smiles Fundraising, a part of DeVry Greenhouses, we help schools, sports teams, and community groups across Western Canada in achieving their fundraising goals by offering them with high-quality plants. As part of our dynamic sales team, you'll manage customer relationships, gain valuable experience in sales and marketing, and have the freedom to think big and act decisively—just like running your own business If you're excited to strategize, build relationships, and make an impact, this is the perfect role for you.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
**Customer Management**:
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system accurately
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as data entry and order processing.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations.
**Sales and Marketing Strategy**:
- Develop and implement creative ideas to boost sales for our fundraisers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
**Program Growth**:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand our fundraising program.
- Identify and reach out to potential new customers and fundraising groups.
- Foster relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
**Tool Proficiency**:
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Canva for graphic design.
- Manage CRM platforms and workflow automation tools to streamline operations.
**Expectations**:
- Demonstrate a strong drive to excel and a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanour, showing respect for colleagues and customers alike.
- Exceptional ability to organize tasks and manage priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Bachelor of Business Administration Degree (or similar) in progress or completed.
- Ability to cultivate customer loyalty through effective relationship building.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to travel occasionally throughout the year.
**Compensation**
- The wage range for this position is $21 to $23 per hour.
- Yearly performance and **wage reviews** to take place each February.

**Work Location**: In person. Chilliwack, BC V2P 6H4. Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work required.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
