- **General Office Administration**:Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure the office runs smoothly.
- **Document Management**:Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- **Communication**:Coordinate internal and external communications.
- **Supply Management**:Monitor and replenish office supplies.
- **Financial Administration**:Assist in processing invoices and maintaining financial records.
Support budget tracking and expense reporting.
**Salary**: $37,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bolton, ON L7E 4E3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
