We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to join our team and help us maintain an organized, efficient, and welcoming office.
**Position Overview**:
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative staff, and ensuring that our workplace runs smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Supervise and support administrative staff, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate and/ or supervise office activities and events, such as meetings, team-building activities, and company events.
- Manage office budgets, track expenses, and handle invoicing and purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
- Maintain and update office records, including files and databases.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
