**Admin Assistant for Adult Day Program for Adults with Intellectual Differences**

This is a great opportunity for a high-energy person who is professional, organized and friendly; and able to manage time and multiple demands in a busy small private school environment. This role supports the Executive Director and Program Manager in program administration, communications, social media, event management, and projects.

**OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Administration**

**Communication & Marketing**

**Website**: Responsible for maintaining up-to-date information on Wordpress website.

**Events**: Responsible for the management of special events throughout the year such as Curriculum Night, Receptions, Open Houses, Staff parties, & year-end events, etc.

**EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED**

University or college degree
- 2+ years experience in communications & administrative roles
- Superior organization skills, with a strong eye for detail and follow up
- Highly proficient in the use of Google Suite (Docs, Forms, Slides, Sheets, admin)
- Proficient in the use of spreadsheets (Excel, Sheets)
- Superior writing ability and communication skills
- Website editing experience with WordPress is an asset
- Social Media Experience is an asset

**ABOUT BRIGHTON LAUNCH**

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
