Administrative Assistant/receptionist

Redirect calls as appropriate and take clear, accurate information when recording phone messages.
- Greet, assist, and provide information to all visitors. Must be courteous, well-spoken, and friendly.
- Give in-person tours of our training facilities, provide program details, answer questions, and walk applicants through our enrollment process.
- Order office supplies and keep track of supply levels.
- Assist with filing and data entry tasks.
- Word processing, including drafting and formatting letters and reports as needed.
- Assist with organizing school events (gathering supplies/materials).
- Keep a record of invoices, cheques, and petty cash.
- Organize invoices.
- Other administrative responsibilities and duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Completion of High School Diploma and at least 1 year of Sales and Customer Service experience is required. Any background or education in Office Administration is preferred.
- Must have excellent command of speaking and writing in English.
- Strong computer literacy and internet skills is a must. You will be working with Microsoft Suite, with a focus on Excel. Experience with Wordpress, Adobe, and Photoshop is preferred.
**Salary**: $16.50-$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
