**About us**

NTL Contracting and Waterproofing Inc. is a general contracting business specializing in excavation and waterproofing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and organize meetings and appointments.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Create and maintain records of office activities.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, photocopying, faxing, etc.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Has experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Quick books, and QB Payroll
- Has worked in the construction field
- Knows how to prepare and send customer Estimates and Invoices.
- Knows how to prepare quotations and work on tenders.
- Coordinate sub-trades
- Make follow up calls, lead generation

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $15.50-$27.41 per hour

- North York, ON M9L 1Z7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 5 years (preferred)
