Monitor and ensure that the reception area is kept tidy and projects a business-like image.

Switch on all lights and check cleanliness of the interior, making a record of any poor levels of cleanliness or any maintenance issues and take necessary steps/action to remedy.

Minute taking and distribution during staff meetings.

Report telephone equipment and line faults.

Review and update on a regular basis the staff contact, and telephone extension lists.

Check and sign for deliveries, before informing the relevant member of staff of their arrival.

Provide administrative and general support to the Administrative Staff.

Doing all photocopying services required by instructors as well as administrative staff.

Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.

Point of contact for photocopiers and equipment, arrange for service as needed.

Managing mandatory student surveys by ensuring maximum participation during a set timeframe.

Arranging for courier services, general office purchasing, and maintenance of equipment in administrative area.

Developing and sending messaging for mass distribution; managing responses and

Supports the graduation audit and convocation processes.

Reporting to and in consultation with the Financial Aid Adviser.

Participate in professional development activities and serve on college committees that support the goals and objectives of the college.

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.83 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
