Overview
PortfolioAid is looking for skilled Project Coordinator with proven experience to manage medium to large-sized projects deploying PortfolioAid’s suite of RegTech and WealthTech software solutions. Servicing Canada’s leading wealth management firms, PortfolioAid is looking for industry professionals that want to help PortfolioAid achieve its goal of protecting the financial freedom of every Canadian investor.

Principal duties of the job
Reporting to the Team Lead, PMO, the Project Coordinator will need to execute and coordinate a number of internal projects, lead teams to deliver internal projects, and follow the progress of operations in ways that promote successful internal project completion.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with business analysts, developers, clients, and quality assurance. This position requires great communication skills and the ability to solve problems on-the-go.
- Coordinate overall internal project activities and tasks
- Responsible for all client OS Upgrades and minor infrastructure project releases. Evening and weekend work may be required
- Complete monthly billing
- Schedule internal projects and develop delivery schedules and critical path as needed
- Develop and adhere to a schedule, allocating and managing resources across multiple internal projects
- Support team members in the completion of their work, ensuring that they have the necessary information / data / assets / client input to successfully complete their tasks
- Provide the management team with strategic reports summarizing critical information
- Track and coordinate project activities and timelines, update project schedules and project scrum boards
- Attend internal project meetings and client facing conference calls/meetings as required

Essential Qualifications
- Ability to carry out project accounting, tracking and reporting requirements
- Strong interpersonal, communication and judgment skills
- Ability to consistently deliver on commitments
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year Project Management experience
- Organizational skills is a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
