**QuadroCore** is the first Canadian company to develop a full portfolio of triple quad mass spectrometers (3Q MS/MS). Our progress toward commercialization in 2023, has been a result of the focus, dedication, and expertise of our talented team.
**QuadroCor**e is quickly growing and hiring a Business Development Manager to join the team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop new business strategies through market research
- Identify partnership opportunities
- Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand
- Design and conduct market research questionnaires for prospective clients
- Plan development projects and coordinate activities with representatives of a wide variety of enterprises, academia, community and business associations
- Build relationships and respond to inquiries from members of the business community, clients and influential business associates
- Maintain existing business
- Initiate, manage and follow up lead generation through networking
- Build strong internal and external relationships
- Think critically when planning to assure project success
- Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to attract dilutive and/or non-dilutie funding
- Establish annual sales and profit projections
- Develop and execute sales plans year over year
**Qualifications**:
- A bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, business administration or public administration is required.
- Certification as a Certified Marketing Research Professional (CMRP) would be an asset
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Proficiency with (technical systems ie: microsoft office, google, zoom, etc.)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Result Focused

- Effective time-management skills
- Strong business and financial analysis
