As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and market expansion. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Your proactive approach to business development, along with your ability to adapt to changing market trends, will be critical to our continued success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand our client base and revenue streams.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements while adhering to company policies and values.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business development or sales within the Aviation/RPAS sector.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competition.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- A strategic and analytical thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
- Willingness to travel and adapt to evolving market conditions.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
