We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Business Development Manager** to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, cultivating client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities within the heavy-duty equipment manufacturing sector.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our client base in the construction and mining industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and product development teams to drive product enhancements and innovations.
- Travel extensively across Canada, with a focus on client visits in Alberta.
**Requirements**:
- Proven track record in business development, preferably within heavy-duty equipment manufacturing or related industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively present products and solutions to clients.
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability.
- Willingness to travel extensively, primarily within Canada.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
