**Position Description**:
Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, the Program Coordinator for Department of Paediatrics will provide administrative support to Associate Chair(s) and /or Executives in the Department of Paediatrics

You will play a direct role in planning, developing, organizing and coordinating various administration and operational task related to research educational activities for trainees and faculty. You will also be responsible for maintaining professional relationships within SickKids, and with external affiliates and other national and international organizations and represent the portofolio at various internal and external meetings.

**Here’s What You’ll Get To Do**:

- Organize workshops and development initiatives
- Maintaining a database related to funding opportunities
- Prepare and maintain timetables, booking rooms, AV support, order office supplies and catering
- Organize meetings, conferences, events, minute taking
- Administer and coordinate all components related to key partners' calendar management including scheduling meetings, booking conference travel (hotel, flights, etc.) and all other meetings related to their portfolios
- Organize and facilitate annual and special events and national meetings
- Financial reports, budgeting, and tracking for various accounts
- Payroll and onboarding

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Administrative degree or post-diploma program or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in the education and health care field
- Previous experience with financial reporting, budgeting and data analysis
- Previous experience with project management would be an assest
- Knowledge of RedCap survey system, would be an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities
- Demonstrated high level of judgment, tact and diplomacy in interactions with students, administrators and faculty internationally and at all levels
- Ability to handle a fast-paced, busy work environment with many interruptions and competing priorities
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage activities both for yourself and for others effectively
- Work well with others, as well as autonomously
