B.C. Rentals, BC’s longest established and most respected equipment rental, sales and service provider, currently has an opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our Accounting and Administration team based at our Richmond Head Office location.

Responsibilities will include supporting their colleagues in the following areas:
Accounts receivable and payable
Preparation and filing of all government remittances
Payroll, Pension, WorkSafeBC and all regulatory billings
Preparation of T4/Record of employment
General Ledger maintenance and Journal entries
Weekly, monthly and year end reports and financial documentation/budget preparation
Customer quotations
General administrative duties as required

Qualifications and Experience will include:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in bookkeeping
Excellent computer skills including Office, Excel &Word
Experience in QuickBooks
Must be organized and detail oriented
Fluency in English both written and oral

Excellent remuneration for this position 50K-65K based upon skills and experience together with Medical/Dental Care, Extended Health Care and Life Insurance.

Hours of this position are Monday through Friday 7:00AM till 3:30PM.
Casual dress and on street parking.
