Our company is currently seeking an office administrator with bookkeeping experience to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records accurately and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist clients who visit our site with a warm and courteous reception. Ensure a comfortable and positive client experience by offering refreshments, including water, and attending to their needs
- Assist Operation Managers in booking labor workers
- Manage and maintain all financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial data, including sales, expenses, and payroll.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and payroll documentation.
- Assist with financial analysis and reporting as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to improve and streamline financial processes.
- Help maintain cleanliness of the office
- Contact strata if any issues arise

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role, with a deep understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak Chinese is an asset

**Salary**: From $32,680.00 per year
