Richmond Hill, Canada MY Accounting Full time

We are a boutique and expanding accounting firm located in Toronto, Canada with clients from all nationalities. You will be exposed and trained in bookkeeping, financial statement preparations, Corporate and Personal tax returns, and handling files with the Canada Revenue Agency.

The position will have mínimal supervision and require to meet strict tax deadlines and have work competently finished.

Duties
- Perform full-set of accounting and audit assignment
- Carry out tax computation
- Take on a file from start to finish with mínimal supervision (from bookkeeping, to financial statement preparation, to tax computation and final package).
- Full year/monthly bookkeeping on a client to client basis
- Liaise with related parties, client
- Others ad hoc tasks assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or above in Accounting is a bonus (Or sufficient working experience in the field of accounting and bookkeeping).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting work
- Able to work independently and meet deadline
- Familiar with PC operation such as MS word, Excel
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online is a must.
- Extra plus for knowledge with Caseware and Canadian taxation softwares
- Have some kind of exposure in taxation concepts
- Good command of written and spoken English. English is important for this position.
- Self-motivated, independent, responsible and well-organized
