**Job Summary**:
Rayton Development LTD. is a Vancouver based Real Estate development company specialized in residential properties. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant & Bookkeeper to join the expending company.

**Job Duties**:

- Administrative**:

- Provide a full spectrum of secretarial, administrative support, and personal assistance to the Chairman, including preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes, handling legal and other entities’ correspondence, proper documents filing, business licenses & insurance renewal, and property-related issues
- Register and main the annual report of the companies in BC Registry
- Manage and maintain Chairman’s schedules and calendar, including meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries, to maximize the benefits to the Chairman and all relevant parties
- Manage timelines and monitor the progress of all tasks assigned to different parties or individual staff to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Maintain filing system of office, including paper and electronics
- Coordinate travel logistics for the Chairman, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, restaurants and other activities
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties as required
**- Bookkeeping**:

- Perform extensive data entry to ensure all financial data is input into accounting software - QuickBooks Desktop
- Maintain all financial transactions, such as credit card and bank reconciliations, and manage the accounts payables and accounts receivables process
- Process and record all payments
- Issue payments via various means (cheques and EFT)
- Process payroll bi-weekly
- Prepare and manage financial reports to the Chairman quarterly
- Ensure timely payment of all taxes
- Work with the external accountant to prepare the annual tax report related matters

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Proficiency in Accounting Software - QuickBooks Desktops
- Knowledge of register companies in BC Registry
- Knowledge of real estate development industry preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, mature personality with a high level of integrity, confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to work and be highly organized under pressure, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Independent, detail-oriented, proactive, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Demonstrated enthusiasm and interest in assistant work, with a passion for clerical positions.
- Valid B.C. Driver's license Class-5

**Working Hours and Location**:

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (9:30 am - 5:30pm)
- Working location: Richmond, BC

**What We Offer**:

- Salary Range: CAD 45,000 - 50,000 per annum (based on experience)
- 14 days of paid Vacation + Sick Days (after 3 months probation)
- Off on weekends & Statutory Holidays
