Bookkeeper/office Manager

Autoworks Tire & Wheel Distributors Canada (ATW Distributors) is an automotive accessory wholesaler. We import and distribute products locally and nationally.
We are a growing, fast pace company looking for an energetic individual to join the team. The position will consist of the following duties.
**Bookkeeper Responsibilities**:
- Bank reconciliation
- Deposits
- Accounts receivable
- Payroll
- Account payable
- Monthly GST calculations and remittance
- Communication with the accounting team
AdministrativeResponsibilities**:
- Answering calls
- Data entry
- Bill payments
- Maintaining databases and spreadsheets
- Communication with owners
- Assist with administrative overflow and special projects as needed
**Qulifications nesscary**:
- Understanding of Quickbooks
- Multiple years of bookkeeping experience
- Office administration experience
- Proficient with office 365(primarily excel)
- Detail oriented
- Energetic & positive attitude
Hours 9:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday To Friday
Holidays & stats off
Benefits available after 90day probationary period
**Salary**: $21.00-$28.00 per hour
