We are a thriving, family-owned food manufacturing company with a 30-year history of crafting delicious sandwiches. Due to our expanding customer base and year-round operations, we are seeking a tech-savvy and highly organized Office Manager to streamline our office processes and support various departments. This full-time position, Sunday to Thursday from 8 am to 4 pm, is integral to our continued success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Office Operations**: Manage day-to-day office tasks, ensuring organization & efficiency, delegate tasks to our virtual assistant as necessary.
- **Project Implementation**: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of new projects and initiatives
- **Customer Service**: Handle customer orders, pickups, shipping, and relationships.
- **Logistics**: Schedule & supervise delivery drivers (2 days/week).
- **Information Management**: Maintain organized physical & digital files.
- **Facility Management**: Troubleshoot issues, coordinate repairs, manage service providers.
- **Talent Acquisition & Onboarding**: Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, send job offers, new employee setup, and lead training.
- **Departmental Support**: Admin support for other departments.
- **Employee Engagement**: Manage employee free food program within budget.
- **Procurement**: Order & maintain office, production, and receiving supplies/equipment.
- **Timekeeping**: Manage office time clock system for accuracy.
- **Receiving Support**: Cover for receiver during their scheduled time off.

**Qualifications**:

- University diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years office management or similar experience.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory management or purchasing is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Valid BC license preferred

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.00-$38.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
