Bridgeway Support Services, a division of Bridgeway Family Homes (a Foster Care Agency), is seeking highly-skilled Child and Youth Workers to support families, children, and youth who are experiencing a range of social, emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges through a goal-focused service. You will be part of a team and your role will be to provide services in the client’s home and the community.

We are looking for individuals to provide services between 15 - 25 hours per week with a typical part-time schedule that includes providing services during the week after school (between the hours of 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm), occasional weekday daytime hours, and some weekend sessions. As previously stated, this is a part-time role, and schedules are based on our client’s needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Development of goal-focused activities
- Implementation of programs
- Behavior Management
- Case notes and Reports

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Child and Youth Work or related Social Service Diploma or Degree
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Organizational, Administrative, and Report-Writing Skills
- Knowledge of FASD, ODD, Autism, ADHD, Anxiety Disorders and other diagnoses is beneficial
- Current Crisis Intervention Certification (i.e. UMAB) with experience in crisis de-escalation is required
- Current CPR/First Aid is required

**Requirements**:

- Current Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Welfare Record Check
- Driver’s Abstract, ‘G’ Class Driver’s License and Insured Vehicle with $2 million liability insurance
