Clinical Support Worker

At RhynoCare, we are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Clinical Support Worker to join our team.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing high-quality patient care and are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and monitor patients to identify potential safety risks and provide support as needed.
- Work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing.
- Document patient observations and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
- Grade 11 or equivalent education as recognized by the Ministry of Education, Province of Ontario.
- One year of recent experience in patient care, hospital, long-term care, or complex continuing care setting.
- Current Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Certification.
- Proof of current immunization for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella (MMRV), diphtheria, pertussis, and hepatitis B.
- Proof of negative 2-step TB skin test within the past year or negative chest x-ray within the past 5 years.
- Willingness to undergo Vulnerable Sector Police Check.
