Executive Support Professional

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Support Professional to join our team at Ontario Inc. As an integral part of our organization, you will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and contribute to the overall success of our company.
Job SummaryThis is a permanent, full-time position with a salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide executive-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing calendars.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Project Management: Coordinate projects and initiatives, setting priorities and deadlines, and ensuring timely completion.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Traffic Management: Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations for executives and other staff members.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
