About the Role

We are seeking a Personal Support Worker to join our team at CarePartners, one of Ontario's largest accredited home health care providers. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering quality health care to patients in home and community care settings.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Will be a strong advocate for patient-centered care, providing emotional and social support to patients and their families.
  • Will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work collaboratively with our healthcare team.
  • Will be able to work non-traditional hours, including early morning, evenings, and alternate weekends.
  • Will possess a valid certificate as a Personal Support Worker or equivalent, and be willing to undergo background checks.
