**Bilingual Sales Administrator - Hybrid**
As the Bilingual Sales Administrator, you will be accountable for controlling all internal and external documentation pertinent to Sales in order to maximize revenue. You will ensure that the equipment shipments and billing are accurately and efficiently processed within the scheduled time frames. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and Process Leases and purchases, service agreements and equipment order entry
- Bill sales transactions
- Track all order activity in individual Sales Representative Sales Log
- Process equipment pick-ups as applicable to respective transaction
- Process all invoice charges from Canon, ISG, and Canon dealers
- Process leasing charges including residuals
- Review and audit complete Billing Packages pertinent to Service and Lease Agreements prior to proceeding with equipment order entry and invoicing.
- Provide accurate and timely order status
**To Succeed, You Will Need**:
- Post-Secondary Education
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive work experience
- Excellent mathematical skills
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Available for overtime
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both **French and English**:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel

**Language requirement**:
- In this job, you will be required to provide support nationally. As customers and work colleagues are spread out across Canada, both English and French (written and spoken) is needed for day-to-day responsibilities such as: respond to customer (internal and external) calls from other provinces, review documents generated in other provinces, etc... Therefore, you must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in both official languages

À titre d’administrateur/administratrice bilingue des ventes, vous aurez la responsabilité de fournir du soutien aux représentants des ventes de Canon. Ce qui signifie que vous aurez à transmettre les demandes des clients, à traiter les commandes, à fournir des devis estimatifs et des renseignements tels que l’inventaire et la fixation des prix. Vous serez responsable de la vérification de tous les documents de ventes internes et externes afin de maximiser les revenus, ce qui comprend le suivi des objectifs de ventes et la mise à jour des bases de données des clients. Vous vous assurerez aussi que les expéditions d’équipement et la facturation sont traitées correctement et dans le délai prescrit. Les heures de travail sont du lundi au vendredi, de 9 h 00 à 17 h.
**Tâches principales et responsabilités**
- Réviser et traiter les locations et les achats, les ententes de services et les entrées de commandes de matériel
Facturer les transactions de vente
- Faire le suivi de toutes les activités de commandes dans le journal de ventes de chaque représentant des ventes
- Effectuer la prise en charge de matériel telle qu’elle s’applique respectivement à chaque transaction
- Traiter tous les frais facturés de Canon, du GSI et des détaillants de Canon
- Traiter les frais de location, y compris les frais résiduels
- S’assurer que les programmes promotionnels de ventes et de services sont appliqués aux transactions de vente avec exactitude
- Réviser et vérifier la conformité de la facturation complète avec les ententes de services et de locations avant d’effectuer l’entrée des commandes de matériel et la facturation
- Fournir l’état des commandes de manière précise et en temps voulu

- Excellentes compétences en mathématiques
- Très grand souci du détail et de l’exactitude et capable de respecter les échéanciers
- Excellente gestion du temps, aptitudes en communication et compétences interpersonnelles
- Disponible pour faire des heures supplémentaires
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite autant en français et qu’en anglais
- Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office et plus particulièrement Excel
